At Blush&Bloom, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened skincare and beauty products.
Returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order and returned within 14 days. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- If your item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
NB: Non-Returnable Items
- Used or opened beauty products
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items returned outside the 14-day return window
